I know missed a lot of new things about the lives of my blogger friends , I have been busy lately because of my upcoming trip to the Philippines.We decided about 3 weeks ago so I have to hussle finding stuff for present to my family.Been an exhausting and exciting  week for me.Now Im done with buying things and packing a suitcase.2 more suitcases to do which I plan to do on the weekend.My flight is on tuesday night next week.The only offset about this trip is I'm flying on Asiana airlines and I they only allow 44 lbs for each checked baggage.If I only knew about this very low free baggage allowance, I would have booked with Cathay Pacific .

I know this trip will be bitter sweet for me because I wont be taking Vaness home with me.Joel feels that its not time for her to go on a long trip like this.So much consideration that I have to think over which is also for her good.He promised we will go home next year on March when we take our trip to China we will also visit the Philippines.I will be off from motherhood for 18 days and I better make the most out of it..Wish me a safe trip!

All I can say is that it was fun, hip, full of new things to see and I would love to do it again.Vegas I should say is one of the Cities I've been to which has a very fascinating ambiance.The lights at night are just incredibly awesome.Everything was great from the food to the attractions.It also made us realize that our little one is in for some fun at this very early age.She was fantastic even if we drove 4 hours ad a half to get there.No fuzz at all.Probably because we got her a portable car DVD and I also brought books and  plenty of food.That sure kept her busy and kept me sane the whole way through...here are some pictures I'd like to share..

She had always wanted to eat on her own but since she has not developed the dexterity to use fork and spoon she eat by hand and she was getting pretty good at it.But then I read somewhere that it is okay to let her try fork and spoon on her own since she is 14 months so that she will eventually master the craft of eating with utensils.I started it last tuesday and I think she did really good.It was quite a mess but she wont learn if I will think about it.it a matter of hit and miss.She likes her new found freedom.

For a while I never took my quest to lose weight seriously.I still eat too much food than what my body really needs.I gained 7 lbs and those lbs all went to my lovehandle and belly area.I wasn't so happy about it because it meant buying new jeans again because they just wont fit.After 3 months of looking at my not-so-nice -looking-belly I thought I really have to do something about this.I need to lose all the belly fat.Joel told me he doesn't really mind me at 117bs but he prefers a nicer belly.I want to make myself happy and him too.2 weeks ago I started using the ablounge everyday starting at 40 pushes a day, then I got a belly dancing DVD which I use every other day, then I play tennis once or twice a week but most of all I stopped eating too much sweet after dinner and eat a late breakfast with tons of fiber.Now I'm up to 200 pushes a day with a ab lounge and 25 minutes of belly dancing.I lost 2 lbs the last time I ckecked.Things are looking good ! I want to go back to 110lbs.5 more to go..

Every time we go on vacation I make sure I research everything from flight, cars, hotels and tourist attraction so that at the end of the trip I can say that we had a great vacation.One of this days I would love to take  Newquay Short Breaks.Joel's sister went there with her 3 children and she said it was the best surfing her son has ever had because of the great surfing in that area.What I like about what she told us about the short breaks is that we can get good deals on weekends and weekdays , we can tour around a lot of the Newquay attractions, frolic along the beach and just enjoy being on vacation and don't forget SURF!.As I was looking for hotel,I would love to stay at Pentire Hotel because it has all the amenities to make you enjoy and relax during the entire vacation.

Pentire Hotel is well equipped and has a very wonderful sports complex.We can choose between sea and countryside views. Rooms are well appointed with colour television, telephone / radio and hot drink making facilities. Rooms are centrally heated, it has an elevator too for faster going up and down the hotel.This means having the best of both worlds when you are in Newquay, UK.It basically means that we are going to have a great time.

Like everybody who's going home to the Pinas I am excited.I picked up my ticket at th travel agency yesterday and I know it will seem forever to wait for the day of my departure.But then I got another thing to be excited about.This weekend we are headed to Las Vegas for Davids wedding.His wedding is on Saturday but we will be there a day ahead so that things will go smoothly for us because of our little one.I feel bad for Joel because he has to  book another 2 day hotel stay for one of his daughter so that she can take care of vaness when we go out to watch the show.We dont just want anybody taking of her so it will be worth the money.After this weekend I will be busy packing things for the Philippines.

Its been a long day..We went out to the travel agency at Willow to finally book my flight and then we proceeded to Corona del Mar beach so that Vaness can spend time running through the smaller waves.She had a blast.The only thing was we did not plan that trip so we were not ready with a diaper for the beach and her bathing suit, so she indeed up naked..hahaha.whats important was that she had fun.It was quite crowded because it was a hot day and people tend to flock into the beach for a nice cold swim or just sun bathe...we also had a great mexican dinner.so over all our weekend was fun.

When I started designing my other website it was a struggle because I have no idea where to start.I was not even sure what most of the words were pertaining to building a website.Eventually with Ivy's help she walked me through making my website attractive to visitors so that I will gain popularity in the internet world.And then she introduced me to stylishdesign.com , a blog and web design website which really helped me a lot in building my website.

I invited ibib over for dinner so I did start my day early to get some meat from the market and marinate it later.I also baked some brownies and banana bread, the house sure smells good from the baking.I hope Joel will come home early so that he can help me with the barbecue.They wont be here till 5 so I will make use of my time blogging for now.I already set the table too so that I wont have too much to do when they arrive.
